Hello , just purchased the goTenna mesh and while unsuccessfully trying to update the firmware after pairing it with my phone , I was advised to turn it off and on and try again but since that happened the goTenna mesh light just blinks unable to pair again with my iPhone
Any advice on how to proceed?
Have you let it keep blinking, i.e. let the battery run all the way down?
Nope , but I can definitely try, will update after I try this .

It’s worth a try, as that has solved issues for me several times. The fact that this occurred during a firmware update makes it potentially troublesome. If that doesn’t work and no one else has a ready suggestion, then drop a note to support@gotenna.com
