I have 2 GoTenna’s bricked after properly attempting the firmware update.
I attempted all the recommended methods to recover them with no success.
Can someone please assist me in getting these units replaced as gotenna has previously done with bricked units in the past?

Gotenna wouldn’t have a profitable business if it wasn’t for the government hand outs / contracts for the pro models.
