I think we need a troubleshooting FAQ. If there is one I don’t see it.

I was having Bluetooth pairing issues where the device would not work despite multiple attempts, power cycles, app resets, starting, and restarting.

What did finally work was turning the phones Bluetooth off and then back on. Pairing successfully completed quickly after that.

There is an FAQ section within the goTenna app.
From the apps Side Menu, Click on Settings->Help & FAQ.

Bluetooth especially on Android devices is riddled with problems. Glad your issue was resolved with a simple OFF/ON.
