New device and account. Ok’d the plus service trial.
Can’t download maps… Slot 1 of street level map doesn’t display at all. Other 7 slots are grayed out and non-responsive.
Any ideas?

Hmm ok. Found the download arrow, but sometimes it starts a new download dialog on the map, and sometimes it doesn’t. Shrug.

Hi. Keep in mind you can only have 4 total maps downloaded at once. In some cases, if the maps are large, 3 will be the maximum.
