Trouble setting up app on new phone

HI there. I changed my mobile phone and now I’m having trouble setting up the GoTenna app on it. When I open the app, it asks me to create an account (no option to use an existing account). When I try to set up an account, it asks for my mobile number and tries to send an SMS. However, it keeps showing an “error sending SMS to your number” message. Any thoughts on what might be causing this? Thank you!

Instead of selecting phone number as a contact option, click on the arrow and change to GID. This will generate a random goTenna ID that you can use as your goTenna contact number.
